Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive in Delhi

The representative of Travel Tour Guru will welcome you in traditional Indian style to your craftily designed Camel Safari Rajasthan.  Since from landing at the airport, feel India and its peculiar charm everywhere. Sit comfortably at the car that will take you to the previously booked hotel. As you reach the hotel, the staff will give you a warm welcome, with a bouquet or vermillion on your forehead. Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing

Get up early and have your breakfast. Gear up for a full day sightseeing tour in Delhi. Our representative will introduce to your tour guide.

First explore the monuments and historical buildings of New Delhi. Visit Laxmi Narayan Temple, the Place of Gods, India Gate, the Memorial of Martyrs, Parliament House, the Government headquarters, National Art Gallery, and Humayun’s Tomb. You will get a short manuscript from the tour guide to read the history behind the creation of each monument. He will also tell you while showcasing the monuments and centers.

Travel Tour Guru will arrange a lunch for you at a famous eatery of Delhi. You can have your choice—a Mughlai cuisine, south Indian, north Indian, continental, etc.

In the afternoon you will visit Old Delhi and its monuments like the Red Fort, an architectural marvel of Mughals, Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India, Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat and Chandni Chowk literally meaning Moonlit Square. Don’t forget to taste a paratha at the famous Paranthe Wali Gali of Chandni Chowk. In the evening enjoy the sound & light show at Red Fort.

Have dinner and spend the night.

Day 03: Delhi – Mandawa (275 kms-5-hour drive by car)

After breakfast get ready for drive to tour next destination Mandawa, located in the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. Our representatives will do all the check out procedure and shift your luggage to the car. Then start your drive to Mandawa. On the way enjoy the scenic Indian villages and suburbs passers-by. Have your lunch at a highway hotel.

On arrival check in into the hotel. Feel the warm Rajasthani welcome as you enter the hotel. Take rest just for a while. Then start your exploration of the havelis of the Mandawa city. The havelis once the residence of the rich merchants are now preserved by the Rajasthan tourism. The frescoes of the havelis tell stories of the Hindu God Krishna and his courtship with Radha and various others. Visit other Shekhawati villages and its havelis, temples and forts. You can enjoy a camel-drawn cart ride to visit the havelis.

Have a delicious Rajasthani cuisine. Go to your bed, the motifs of the frescoes swim into your dreams.

Day 04: Mandawa – Bikaner (164 kms-3 and half hour drive)

After breakfast, start your drive to Bikaner, on the way you can share your stories to our vivacious tour representative. On arrival in Bikaner take your hotel booked previously. Have a lip-smacking lunch to satiate your taste buds.

Today you will explore the Junagarh fort which has a 986-metre-long wall with 37 bastions, Lalgarh palace, Raj Ratan Bihari and Rasik Shiromani Temple, Jain temples, etc.

You will be thrilled while you visit Mokam, a religious site which is just one and half hour drive from Bikaner. The unique Bishnoi community lives here admiring the philosophy of the Jambheshwar. Their motto–is “Save life, Save trees.”

Day 05: Bikaner – Jaisalmer (335 kms- 7 hours drive)

Waku up at your own time. Savor the breakfast. You once again can stroll around the city to catch its morning view. After lunch start your drive to Jaisalmer, the desert city settling comfortably in the air conditioned car.

On arrival in Jaisalmer, take rest at the hotel rooms booked previously. Travel Tour Guru will offer you a delicious dinner to soothe your palate.

Day 06: Jaisalmer – Bada Bagh – Baisakhi – Ramkunda

Today your camel safari Rajasthan tour will start in true sense. After breakfast, gear up for the camel ride tour. The representative of Travel Tour Guru will book a camel tour for you and he will leave you here. It will be most memorable moment in you life as you first enjoy a ride on the back of a camel. The seats on the back are arranged comfortably yet it is a little bit uncomfortable for you. Adventure versus obstacles. A hardworking boy will walk simultaneously with the camel. Other fellow travelers will also join you the camel treks or you could see other more camel-riders on the horizon.

Riding back on the camel, catch the scenic desert villages, the folk singer, the rural women embellished with heavy jewelries and many more you see first. While you all reach Badabagh, halt for sometime to explore the royal cenotaphs of Bhatti Rajput Kings.

Have your lunch at Baisakhai, a typical village. Then again move towards to Ramkunda, a holy place known for its beautiful landscapes and Hindu temples.

Day 07: Ramkunda – Roopse – Ludharva – Chatrayil

After breakfast, start your ride on the camel to Ludharva via Roopsi viewing its mud and stick houses.

On arrival at Ludharva, take your lunch at a roadside restaurant. Then visit Jain temple and again move towards Chatrayil, a typical Muslim village. On reaching Peerawal have your dinner and stay overnight at tents.

Day 08: Chatrayil – Salkha Beri of Kanoi – Sand dunes

Wake up from your lull sleep as your strenuous journey make you tired. Refresh yourself, do some light exercises to shed off the fatigue. Then after breakfast again start your ride back on the camel to Salka, a typical Rajput village.

Have your lunch. And again proceed to the sand dunes via Beri of Kanoi, where you will see various water wells. Catch the view of the women carrying water pots on the heads. Explore their strenuous life yet shining with fun and pleasure. As you know life in a desert is hard.

On reaching the vast sand dunes, get down. Enjoy the sunset on the sand dunes. It is spectacular. Before dinner, enjoy the desert folk music arranged for the tourists. Have fun and pleasure. Dance under the canopy of the stars. Enjoy the evening campfire at sand dunes.

Day 09: Sand dunes – Kanoi – Masoordi – Jeseiri

Have your breakfast and continue your ride to Masoordi via Kanoi. Masoordi is a carpenter’s village, where you can buy some carved wooden items. On the way explore the village and traditional hamlets. On reaching Masoordi have your lunch. Then ride to Jeseiri, an oasis. The beautiful landscape will stun your eyes, what a surprise? A garden in desert. Enjoy the Dinner near the tank and stay overnight at the tent.

Day 10: Jeseiri – Dedha – Deegasar – Kuldhara

The smiling sun will wake you in the morning. Ride your camel to Deegasar en-route watching the Dedha Rajput village and the idyllic life. On reaching Deegasar have your lunch. The beautiful landscape and the lake are sure to be feast to the eye.

Continue your ride to Kuldhara via a small Rajput Dhani. Catch the typical group of houses where people lead an agrarian life. On arrival at Kuldhara, take rest. Spend the night at the tents.

Day 11: Kuldhara – Moolsagars – Amarsagar – Jaisalmer

Today you have to bid farewell to your camel ride. The morning sun will give you a wake up call. Take your breakfast. Ride on the camel to Jaisalmer via Mool Sagar and Amarsagar. Enjoy the last day ride.

On arrival our representative will take you to the hotel. Don’t forget to say goodbye to the camel keeper who walked all the way with the camel. Devote the whole day for rest. Relax at your own.

Day 12: Jaisalmer

Wake up at your own comfortable time and have your breakfast at the hotel. Then get ready for a full day sightseeing tour. Explore the only living fort in India, Jaisalmer Fort as the common people live at this fort. You can pick up some souvenirs from the shops run by the families at their own drawing rooms.

Visit also Patwon Ki Haveli, Salim Singh Ki Haveli, Gadi Sagar tank & Museum. Enjoy the sunset charm of the Jaisalmer city shimmering with golden hue.

Day 13: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (300 kms-6 hours drive)

After your breakfast, you have to settle in the ac car arranged by our representative. Your lunch will be served on a roadside restaurant. On arrival at Jodhpur, you will be accommodated at the previously booked hotel. In the afternoon have your own choice to explore the blue city. We will arrange a diner for you at a famous restaurant in Jodhpur. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 14: Jodhpur Sightseeing

Get up at your own time. Have breakfast. Travel Tour Guru representative will introduce to the tour guide. Explore the monuments of Jodhpur—the Clock tower, Mehrangarh fort, Jaswant Thada, the Common Art gallery.

After lunch, explore the Sun City on your own. Visit the Osiyan Temple, one of the famous Jain temples of the world known for its stunning architecture. Have dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 15: Jodhpur – Jaipur (348 km – 7 hours drive)

After breakfast start your drive to Jaipur at the ac car provided by us. Have your lunch on a roadside hotel and again proceed to Jaipur. On arrival, check in into the hotel assisted by our representative. If you want you can do shopping at the Jaipur markets. Have dinner and relax at the lavish beds of the hotel.

Day 16: Jaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast, you will get ready to visit Amber Fort perched on a hilltop. Enjoy an elephant ride here to the top of the hill. Explore its architectural wonders as well the entrances.  Overlook the Jaipur city from the top of the fort.

Then have your lunch at a famous restaurant in Jaipur arranged by our representative. In the afternoon visit Hawa Mahal, Royal observatory, City Palace, Johari Bazaar. All are wonderful creations of Jaipur. The tour guide will showcase you Jaipur in minute details. You can also explore on your own as every traveler has a different eye.

Day 17: Jaipur – Delhi (258 kms-almost 6 hours drive)

After breakfast start your drive to Delhi. Our representative will do all the checkout procedures. On arrival in Delhi, you will be taken to a hotel for short stay. Refresh yourself and pack up your luggage.

We will offer you the farewell dinner at a famous restaurant. Our representative will take you to the airport where you catch your flight back home. Say goodbye to India. Be happy, remind India.
