Itinerary-

Day 1- Delhi Arrival:

You will be received at the Delhi airport/ railway station and escorted to the hotel for check-in. Spend the rest of the day in leisurely activities including shopping in the poplar market areas of the city or enjoying the tempting street-food. Get back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2- At Delhi:

Start day 2 with breakfast and enjoy the first half of the day. After lunch leave for sightseeing the important tourist attractions of the city including Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate and Qutub Minar. Get a view of the President and Parliament House on the way back to the hotel. Spend the night in the hotel.

Day 3- Delhi to Bangalore:

On day 3 after early breakfast you will leave for Bangalore by flight. Once you arrive in Bangalore you will be checked into the hotel and rest for some time. In the afternoon you will be driven to Mysore for excursion which is a 3-hour drive. Enjoy the scenery here with Brindavan Gardens visit followed by the Mysore Palace or the ‘Amba Vilas’ Palace. Once you are done with exploring the place return to the hotel in Bangalore for night stay.

Day 4- Bangalore to Nagarhole National Park:

Day 4 will start with early breakfast followed by drive to the Nagarhole National Park which is popularly called the Rajiv Gandhi National Park and is situated 80km from Bangalore. This Park has an impressive population of Indian Bison, Tigers and Elephants. As you arrive in the jungle resort you will first check-in and then move on for jeep safari to the National Park. While touring the jungle explore the wild dogs, leopards, barking deer, sambar, Indian Rock Python, spotted deer, common toad, wild boar, four-horned antelope, scimitar babbler and more than 270 bird species. Spend the night at the resort.

Day 5- At Nagarhole National Park:

You can start day 5 with morning jungle safari or a Kabini river Coracle ride or even a bird watching activity. Return to the resort for breakfast and lunch. In the evening hop into the jeep or elephant ride for another wildlife encounter in the park. Return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6- Nagarhole National Park to Biligiriranga (BR Hills):

After breakfast on day 6, drive to the BR or Biligiri Rangan Hills for sightseeing. Check into your tent after you reach the place. Later in the day you can opt for trekking to discover the amazing wildlife thriving in the region. Get a full view of the lush green surrounding and return to the tent for night stay.

Day 7- At Biligiriranga Hills:

On this day you will have both morning and evening view of wildlife with bird watching in and around the Biligiri Rangaswamy Temple Wildlife Sanctuary. The area covered by this Sanctuary ranges over 540km with diversity in wildlife that including sloth bear, Black-naped hare, deer, Indian pangolin, common langur, four-horned antelope, Indian porcupine, clawless otter, small Indian civet and more than 254 aviary species. Spend the night in the tent.

Day 8- BR Hills to Bandipur National Park:

Post breakfast on day 8 drive to Bandipur National Park, a popular wildlife reserve of South India. After reaching this place check into the resort and following a hearty lunch step in for a ‘jeep safari’ to the park. Stay overnight at the resort.

Day 9- At Bandipur National Park:

Day 9 has morning, evening wildlife explorations along with the bird watching activity in this Park. This National Park shelters myriad wild animal species such as chital, sloth bear, gray langur, Indian Rock python, Indian Giant squirrels, muggers, Indian Chameleon, Indian Pond Terrapin, Indian Roller, crested serpent eagle, brown fish owl and many other species of this region. Spend the night in the resort.

Day 10- Bandipur National Park to Ooty:

After breakfast on day 10 you will be driven to Ooty, the ‘Queen of Hill Stations’. This South Indian hill town is a popular tourist attraction and once you reach this place you can check-in to the hotel booked for you. Rest for the day and visit the major tourist spots here like the Botanical Garden and Ooty Lake or go for shopping in the local bazaar or simply stroll around the tea gardens. Return to the hotel for night stay.

Day 11- Ooty to Munnar to Eravikulam National Park:

Day 11 begins with breakfast after which you will be taken to Munnar, another popular hill station of this region. It is called the ‘spice capital’ of Kerala. You will move on forward to Eravikulam National Park form Munnar. Check-in at the resort here. Enjoy what is left of the day by strolling in the green ambience. Return to the resort for overnight stay.

Day 12- Eravikulam National Park to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary:

Start day 12 with morning safari of the wildlife within the Park that shelters endangered species like the South Indian mountain goat and the Nilgiri Tahr. Other wildlife species for spotting include the leopard, Nilgiri langur, Indian bison, tiger, golden jackal, wild dog, jungle cat, dhole, white bellied shortwing, Nilgiri pipit, Nilgiri Verditer Flycatcher among others. After lunch you will be driven to the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary which is a popular elephant and tiger reserve. Check into the resort after arriving here. Spend the rest of the day in enjoying the greenery of the region and return to the resort for dinner and night stay.

Day 13- At Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary:

On day 13 your activities include morning, evening boat cruise within the sanctuary. Explore the beast species here including tiger, elephant, gaur, sambar, Nilgiri langur, lion-tailed macaque, fox, mongoose, barking deer, leopard, dhole, mouse deer along with over 320 aviary species. Return to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 14- Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary to Kumarakom:

After a hearty dinner you can drive to Kumarakom which is a popular tourist spot. As you reach here you can check into the hotel booked for you and once you are done with freshening up you can start exploring the well-known spots including the Vembanand Lake (opt for boat ride here). Get back to the hotel for night stay.

Day 15- At Kumarakoram Bird Sanctuary:

Post breakfast on day 15 you will participate in the backwater cruising in the coconut groves surrounded by the villages and paddy fields. After lunch, move on to Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary for bird watching. After checking into the resort you can star with your bird watching activity and enjoy viewing the various aviary species including cuckoo, waterfowl, egret, owl, parrots, larks, teal, wood beetle, flycatchers and other migratory birds including the Siberian Crane. Spend overnight at the resort.

Day 16- Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary to Kochi:

On the final day post a hearty breakfast you will be driven to Kochi. Spend the day in sightseeing the local tourist attractions including Santa Cruise Basilica, St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace. After an early dinner you will be driven to the airport by our representative to head homewards safely.
